East Coast Chapter Leadership Team
The East Coast & New York City Chapter is a dedicated group of volunteers passionate about sustainability is actively working with non-profits and enterprises to promote eco-friendly practices and raise environmental awareness. United by a shared vision of a greener future, we are making a significant impact on local communities and fostering a culture of environmental stewardship by leveraging our diverse professional skills and experiences to provide pro-bono consulting services.

VP, Strategy & Ops
Michael Greenblatt
Michael Greenblatt serves as Seed EC's VP of Strategy & Operations. He previously served as Director of Strategy & Operations, a Project Manager, and a Consultant. He has a background working in politics and government, with stops in Oregon, New York, and DC, and several campaigns between there. Outside of Seed, he likes to play in social sports leagues and learn new skills and ideas. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Puget Sound and a Master of Public Administration degree from Syracuse University. He lives in Washington, DC.

Elizabeth Roth
MBA Candidate at George Washington University, former insurance underwriter and marketing project coordinator

In Fall 2024, I began my first project cycle with Seed San Diego as a Consultant. In the following cycle, I volunteered as a Senior Consultant. After relocating to Washington, D.C., I joined the East Coast chapter. Now, beginning in Fall 2025, I’m excited to serve as the Vice President of Community & Culture for the East Coast team. Throughout my time with Seed, I’ve most enjoyed meeting new people, contributing to meaningful causes, and developing new skills. I’m excited to continue supporting Seed’s growth and impact in my new role.
Fun Fact: I'm a huge ice cream enthusiast and love making delicious (and highly aesthetic!) ice cream sandwiches.

Director, Consulting Ops
Qianni Huang
I joined Seed in October 2024, drawn by its mission to drive impact through pro bono consulting. With a background in program and project management, research, and data analytics, I saw Seed as an opportunity to apply my expertise while collaborating with like-minded professionals. Over time, I became more involved in improving operational efficiencies and supporting our consulting teams, which led me to my current role as Director of Consulting Operations.
Fun fact: I have practiced yoga for eight years and once volunteered to teach yoga at a homeless shelter.

VP, Client Success
Peter, is a sustainability specialist and brand strategist, hailing from the fashion industry having led teams, identified opportunities, and defined aesthetics as a Design Director, creating brands for Versace, Hilfiger, Elie Tahari, and celebrities Jennifer Lopez and Ellen DeGeneres. Originally from Belfast in N. Ireland, Peter has lived and worked in London, Milan, Amsterdam, and now New York, and during his career has partnered with stakeholders along the supply chain visiting factories and suppliers throughout Asia and Europe.

Joined Seed CG in 2023 as consultant, led two projects since (in 2024 and 2025).
Fun Fact: I am from Switzerland but don’t like chocolate (I’d do almost anything for ice cream, though ;) )
